At 20:38 all 3 Schuylkill Haven stations were dispatched to 308 St. Charles Street, Schuylkill Haven boro, for smoke in a house. As Duty Chief 722 (Sattizahn) arrived on scene and investigated, it turned out to be….."dune buggy burnouts". 2 dune buggies lit off their tires on St. Charles street, blanketing the street with smoke, and going into houses. Chief 722 notified Haven PD and placed all apparatus available within 10 minutes.
