December 22, 2008- At 12:31 stations 2 & 4 were dispatched to the area of 308 Route 61, North Manheim Twp. (Country Squire) for a tractor trailer on fire. Chief 723 and Engine 737 went responding and County Comm. Center advised that the fire was believed to be out and the brakes on the rig were smoking a ittle. Chief 723 along with Chief 722 arrived on scene and placed everyone available as there was no need for fire apparatus do to the driver knocking the fire down with his extinguisher. Time out was 10 minutes.
