November 30, 2009- At 17:15hrs stations 1 & 2 along with Cressona were dispatched to 1544 Route 61 South (Cressona Mall Entrance) for a motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries. When Chief 41 arrived on scene he found a two vehicle MVA with one vehicle on its roof at the mall entrance with 1 person confined. When E-733 arrived on scene Chief 41 had them begin to stabilize the vehicle for the extrication when R-727 arrived. The patient then self extricated herself and was found to have no injuries. Meanwhile personnel applied floor dry to the fluids down and helped clean up the debris on the highway. Units were on scene for approximately 40 minutes until the vehicles were removed from the highway. Information composed at schuylkillhose.com
