December 2, 2010 – At 07:14 Stations 1 & 2 were dispatched to the area of 129 West Second Mountain Road for a vehicle accident with entrapment. Crews arrived on scene and proceeded to pop the side rear doors on the van to gain access and the side window on the opposite side and removed the patient. Rescue 63 was requested and their manpower was used to assist in bringing the patient up the 15 foot embankment. Chief 722 had command and units cleared after 60 minutes.
