January 21, 2011 – At 08:25 the Schuylkill Haven Fire Department was dispatched to 47 Saint Peter Street for a possible house fire. Crews quickly arrived on scene and were met with smoke coming from the house. After a crew made entry into the structure, the problem was determined to be with a dryer. Fire personnel then vented the structure using PPV fans and all Schuylkill Haven units were placed clear and available by Chief 720 (Peel).
