December 15, 2011 – At 19:52 the SHFD was dispatched to 672 Clairmont Avenue in the borough for a structure fire. Crews arrived onscene and found an electrical fire inside the exterior wall of a mobile home. First arriving E-737 confirmed smoke showing and immediately placed a 1 3/4 line into service. E-732 established a water supply by tagging a hydrant at the entrance to Holiday Village. The fire in the wall was quickly extinguished and all utilities were secured. All Schuylkill Haven units remained on scene for approximately 45 minutes until being released by Chief 723. Photos via Mark Krammes *
