Christmas Day, 2010 -At 11:40 Stations 1 & 2 were dispatched to the area of 440 Route 61 South for an unknown type fire. Chief 730 quickly arrived on scene and was met with a brush fire that escaped an unattended burn barrel. Crews arrived on scene and extinguished the fire using hand lines. Chief 730 (Reed) had command and units were clear after 30 minutes.
