January 2, 2011 – At 12:06 The Schuylkill Haven Fire Department RIT was dispatched to 522 Howard Street, Frackville Borough for a working structure fire. As E-733 and Squad 739 became en-route, SCCC advised of multiple buildings fully involved. Crews arrived on scene and staged on building side “A” of the structures. The Schuylkill Haven RIT (Rapid Intervention Team) stood by as fire fighters battled the blaze and conducted overhaul operations. All Schuylkill Haven units remained on scene for approximately 2.5 hours until being released by Frackville command Chief 43. Video and MLK photos coming soon!
