March 14, 2012 -At 17:34 Station 1 was dispatched for Rescue 726 to respond to the area of 89 Hemlock Road, North Manheim Township for a vehicle accident with entrapment. Crews arrived on scene to find a two vehicle accident with 1 patient entrapped. Chief 722 (Donatti) immediately requested an addition rescue crew which brought Station 60, Rescue 63 from the city. Fire personnel used multiple hydraulic tools to extricate the patient from the vehicle and assisted EMS with patient packaging. Crews remained on scene until the tow company arrived.
