December 16, 2008- At 19:04 Liberty, Station 4 was dispatched as part of a Tanker Task Force to assist Districts 58 and 21 (Pine Grove, Pine Grove Twp) on a working structure fire at 209 South Tulpehocken Street, Pine Grove Boro. Tanker 738 was sent to shuttle water and Wagon 736 was sent to operate a fill site just outside the borough. However, as both the Tanker and the Wagon were entering Pine Grove Boro limits, command 58-07 placed the fire under control, which terminated the need for a Tanker Task Force. Tanker 738 was sent back to Schuylkill Haven, while Wagon 736 and crew stood bye in Pine Grove HH&L station until all Pine Grove units were cleared from the scene of the structure fire.
