August 16, 2008- Early in the morning at 05:41 the Schuylkill Haven Fire Department was dispatched to 145 West Main Street, Schuylkill Haven Boro, for an Automatic Fire Alarm. After an investigation, it was found that the Day Care Center underneath the apartments had set off a "bug bomb" activating the alarm. Crews were on scene for just under a half hour.
