March 19, 2009- At 07:07, on duty Chief 723 was dispatched to 109 Parkway for an odor invesitigation. As Chief Donatti arrived on scene he found a smoke condition in the basement of the residence and asked to have station 4 dispatched to help in the smoke removal. Station 4 arrived on scene and did an investigation of the house and set up a positive pressure ventilation fan to blow all the smoke out. Engine 737 and Chief 722 were on scene for about a half hour.
