October 2, 2009- At 18:04 the Schuylkill Haven Fire Department was disaptched to 625 East Main Street, (Schuylkill Haven High School), for an automatic fire alarm. Units arrived on scene to do an interior investigation and came upon the kiln in the art room was closed up tight, causing the odors to go throughout the building and triggering the alarm. Stations 1 and 2 conducted the search of the 2nd floor and station 4 the lower lever level. All units remained on scene for about 20 minutes and were released by Chief 720.
