October 10, 2010 – Just as all units cleared the Medical Assist on Berne Street, at 17:58 Stations 2 & 4 were dispatched to 15 Earl Stoyer Drive to set up a Landing Zone for incoming Medvac 7. Crews quickly arrived on scene and established a secure area for “the bird” to land and assisted with patient packaging and transport. Chief 720 (Peel) was in command and all units were cleared shortly after take-off. Time out was about 30 minutes.
