June 2, 2011 – At 17:49 The Schuylkill Haven Dive Team was dispatched to the Kernsville Dam, Berks County for a possible water rescue. Crews from Station 2 responded with Squad 734 and multiple dive team members. 2 Divers were placed in the water and within 16 minutes had found the missing person. Captain 734 had command of the Haven units and Squad 734 remained on scene for approximately 90 minutes.
