January 11, 2010- At 10:48 stations 1 & 2 were dispatched to the area of Renninger’s Market, Route 61 in North Manheim Twp, for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. As Chiefs 720 and 722 went responding, they got additional information from SCCC about a car into a building. When they arrived on scene, they confirmed a one vehicle accident with a vehicle into a building. The crew from Engine 733 arrived and began to stabilize the vehicle and do patient care. Once Rescue 727 arrived, they assisted with cribbing and began to extricate the patient from the vehicle. After the patients were removed, all firefighters assisted with transporting the patients to the awaiting ambulance. Crews were busy for about 45 minutes.
