September 4, 2010 – At 08:44 Chief 720 (Peel) was dispatched to 1618 Route 61 for a vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer and a gas pump. Chief 720 arrived on scene and was met with a severely damaged gas pump and a truck resting on top of the diesel island. As a pre-caution Chief 720 immediately requested an Engine from Station 2 to stand by on scene as the truck was removed from the island. Station 2 remained on scene for approximately 45 minutes.
